Pundit Juan O Savin has been in South Africa and says there are formerly gorgeous areas where the idiotic socialists told the 'element' not to pay rent, so they didn't, and the garbage piled up due to lack of services and maintenance and the garbage from 25 years ago is still there. All the services are gone, so the tin roof stuff patches into the rotting architecture (and aging garbage).
