Don't forget BPA and lavender as well.

Off the subject of estrogen, but on the subject of male hormones, a personal anecdote herewith:

After taking 12.5mg of Enclomiphene Citrate 5 days/week for 8 weeks, my testosterone level went from 404 (actually good) to 655 (mo' better).

I had not heard of this stuff before.

It's fun to raise your testosterone; you have more "pep" and more fun in general.

Florida is evidently full of guys who have free time, money and want to put more lead in their pencil.

"Ask your doctor."

I think I'll try that enclomiphene out. Thanks for the tip.

True story - I've learned more practical health and financial hacks through forums like Patnet and iTulip (RIP) than any other source.

Patnet saved my family's health (thanks @Rin and @patrick for the midwesterndoctor/ForgottenSideof Medicine links) and gave me the strength to resist FOMO wrt housing bubbles, and iTulip saved my financial ass.

Good alternative for Clomid. I took Clomid for sluggish swimmers, but it may have fucked up my eyes. But boy did it help with Muh Gainz. After about a week or two, I busted through plateaus and well as busting out some ovaries.

About 5-10% have genetics were Clomid interferes with eyes, on the other hand, it could just be coincidence as I was mid 40s and it's not uncommon to get the first reading glasses at that age.

Let's clarify here, we're talking about encloromiphine, not clomid.

I know. Just talking about the other one. My T went from 500 to about 700 on Clomid.

Not to mention soy farmers are the new welfare queens begging for government bailouts!

I have avoided soy evert since I learned these things. I probably have had too much testosterone seriously. I was just thinking the other day it's great that I've mellowed out so much in my early 50s / lucky I'm alive.

I might try something like the replacement therapy someday. I happened on this video where the doc lady claims T shortens your lifespan and recommends a healthy level but also thinks soy is good for you - even helpful if you're trying to knock up your wife. Who knows? I would sure not have guessed that...

T in general is good for men, but everybody has their own baseline levels and no matter what you do you don't want to change these drastically unless they are severely deficient or overexpressed. Occasional soy is fine, just don't make it your diet.
