Venezuela already declared war on us by engineering the foundations of worldwide election fraud, and participating in our election frauds in particular, with Iranian import/export terrorism and the the drug democides as side bars.
I have no problem with Trump's actions in that regard. There is also hemispheric security to consider. We aren't the only ones salivating at the resources.
