In Virginia, incumbent Republicans have lost not just the Gov, Lt Gov, and Attn Gen, but House races as well. I have been getting mailers daily for weeks about how our Republican Representative was going to ban abortions completely. Same message blasted over TV and internet. Apparently, that works, as too many women are unable to be with thoughtful smart men who know how to please a woman without getting her pregnant, and these women need a baby butcher to solve the consequence of rutting with a dumbfuck.

I agree its not a bellweather election. Virginia turned out like it did in 2020 as federal government workers and contractors backlash. It was expected as far as the momentum favoring Democrats.

I never expected that Republican woman to win in VA, (without knowing her) just because most LT governors are morons and totally unsuited to become governor anyway. Doesn't matter the state or political affiliation.
