In the leading clinical trials for Moderna's personalized mRNA cancer vaccine (mRNA-4157/V940) combined with Keytruda (pembrolizumab)—particularly the phase 2b KEYNOTE-942 trial and ongoing phase 3 trials for high-risk resected melanoma—the planned regimen is:
