It's a much better word than my acronym "2GWT1G", where the 2nd Gen is Worse Than the First. Given that the 2nd and 3rd get a romanticized view of their Turd World Shithole, and don't have the long experience of growing up in the Turd World Toilet both economically and culturally that their 1st gen parents did.
A 1st Gen Pak knows damn well about child rape of orphans in Karachi, lack of upward mobility, clannish behaviors, corruption, etc. having grown up there, and even his worst bigotry about his Turd World birthplace meets the reality of living in the West. His offspring get a very sanitized and romanticized view of Pakistan, not much dampened by short trips to family, by that time usually in far richer conditions that the father grew up in, and the short stints mostly among family don't give them the full sewage flavor. Any lack of progress or nastiness is blamed on the UK or other colonial powers, or Neocolonial US Corps or Indians or Hindutva intelligence agents or whatever external force they can blame their own failures on as a people.
