Europe and Canada as far as military are vassals of the US. Their military would be wiped out in a week by any major players if US wouldn't save the. US civilians could wipe them out.

The problem for Europe is not that they don't have the military technology or special units, though they do have an enlistment problem as nobody wants to risk their lives for the Eurocrats.
Their countries are not large enough to mount resistance by themselves and are in danger of being wiped out by a few strikes. They could have a formidable military response if they funded it properly and worked together as one unit like the US as the sum of all of its states.
The EU was a good idea but should always have been limited to and focused on 2 things only, an economic union and a joint military against aggressors from another continent, while leaving everything else up to the individual countries.

The US used to have the big advantage of being pretty homogenous culturally and racially, but that is ending rapidly.

What's hilarious is watching Professor Herr Doktor, be they socialist, liberal, or even conservative, vow military intervention, not realizing that they can't really project shit beyond Europe, and even that is slow and sluggish.
Ottawa Canadians too have no clue how pathetically weak their military is.
