This was a planned event, there is a slew of them tracking ICE movements, and she was deliberately colluding to stop it.

The problem is the Two Tier Blue State/City judges and juries, making it very hard to get a conspiracy conviction. State or Federal.

The best way to handle this is that it takes a simple majority vote to reorganize Federal Courts, unlike 2/3 impeachment in the Senate which isn't going to happen.

THAT is the way to get the problem solved FAST.

Gerrymander the Federal Courts, and by dispelling an old Court District and creating a new one, entirely new sets of judges can be picked.
