Yes, this is why employers must go to prison for employing illegals, every time.

Not fines, but prison.

Patrick says

Mandate a minimum of one year federal prison time without parole for every employer of criminal aliens. Employers are not afraid of fines, only of prison.

You have to ask youself WHY? WHY hasn't it been done? That is the #1 question we should all be asking.
22   Patrick   2026 Jan 12, 4:15pm

Housebuilders, meat packers, and big agra are major donors to political campaigns, and they are all massive employers of criminal aliens.

That's the answer.

Oh man, it would incredibly easy to prove these federal offenses because they are so extremely well documented on camera.

Much of the footage is edited by biased leftist freelancers and leftist protesters, so the raw footage is probably worse for the Resist Ants.

35   Patrick   2026 Jan 12, 9:03pm

There is a chance though.

We just need enough Americans to demand that all of those criminal aliens get deported, and will happen.

What's enough? Enough that no one can get elected unless clearly serious about protecting Americans from criminal aliens.

I just don't have any faith in our system. Money wins. I do what I think is my part. I've had plenty of discussions and arguments with friends and family but don't know what else to do. We voted for Trump to do exactly that. He campaigned hard on kicking them out. What's he doing? Just going after the "criminal" class of illegal aliens. Nevermind that all of them are criminals.

Illegal aliens with extensive and violent criminal histories are being arrested daily as federal authorities ramp up immigration enforcement in Minnesota, a long-standing sanctuary state.

According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), more than 1,500 illegal aliens have been taken into custody during Operation Metro Surge. ...

“It includes numerous convicted child rapists and sodomizers, as well as ten convicted killers — most of whom had final deportation orders going back many years.

“Several are from Laos, Somalia, and Sudan.”

Some of the Most Violent Criminal Aliens Arrested

Federal authorities released details on several of the offenders apprehended in recent weeks:

• Hernan Cortes-Valencia (Mexico): Convictions for child sexual assault, sexual assault-carnal abuse, and four DUIs. Ordered deported in 2016.

• Sriudorn Phaivan (Laos): Convictions include sodomy of a boy and a girl, aggravated sexual offenses, nine counts of larceny, vehicle theft, fraud, burglary, drug possession, and obstruction of justice. Ordered deported in 2018.

• Ge Yang (Laos): Convictions for rape, aggravated assault with a weapon, domestic violence by strangulation, and additional sex offenses. Ordered deported in 2012.

• Vannaleut Keomany (Laos): Convicted of two counts of attempted rape. Ordered deported in 2009.

• Tou Vang (Laos): Convicted of sexual assault and sodomy of a girl under 13 and procuring a child for prostitution. Ordered deported in 2006.

• Chong Vue (Laos): Convictions for rape of a 12-year-old, kidnapping with intent to sexually assault, and vehicle theft. Ordered deported in 2004.

• Kou Lor (Laos): Convictions for rape, rape with a weapon, statutory rape, burglary, and shoplifting. Ordered deported in 1996.

• Pao Choua Xiong (Laos): Convictions include rape, child fondling, domestic violence, burglary, and larceny. Ordered deported in 2003.

• Gilberto Salguero Landaverde (El Salvador): Convicted of three counts of homicide. Ordered deported in 2025.

• Mariama Sia Kanu (Sierra Leone): Convictions for two homicides, multiple DUIs, larceny, and burglary. Ordered deported in 2022.

• Abdirashid Adosh Elmi (Somalia): Convicted of homicide.

Roughly 2,000 federal agents are currently operating in Minnesota, with another 1,000 either deployed or placed on standby as investigations expand.

Federal officials say resistance from local leaders and activist groups has intensified, but the operation remains ongoing.

The Trump administration has made clear that sanctuary policies will not prevent federal law enforcement from carrying out immigration laws, particularly when violent criminals are involved.
43   Tenpoundbass   2026 Jan 13, 4:17pm

Here's an update on progress. This is Donald Trump following the Judges orders, and exhausting all other efforts first.
The first option is to allow ICE, Federal officers , and attacked citizens at large, to grow a pair and not take it from a bunch of pussies.
In other words the Judge was wondering why ICE was taking it up the can, and not fighting back, rather than calling in the guards.

Results!

ICE rips a blockading woman from her car

They're always healthy enough to block traffic and harass officials, but they suddenly become invalids needing immediate medical attention when arrested.

While there is the 1st amendment in America. You don't have the right to get up in people's face like it's your computer work station to exercise your 1st A. Their personal space is not your bully pulpit.

Yes, at some point it's the crime of harassment.

YES YES YES!

She has no right to block traffic for everyone, and should also be charged the federal crime of interfering with federal law enforcement and go to prison for the full three years:

Boomers and GenX: "Yay, I'm 18, I'm an adult now, so excited to adult"

That seems to have expanded to 25, and now 30 over the past 20 years. I hear 30 something say "I'm not quite a full adult yet" when they are as close to middle age as HS.

Coddling kids and teens and not letting them experience FAFO on a lesser scale has made some people extra retarded.

Yes!

LOTS of people need to go to federal prison for 3 years for interfering with federal law enforcement, as the law says.

And the truly stupid thing is that the protestors are protecting the profits of bosses and landlords at the expense of the poorest US citizens. Amazing that they cannot see that they are being used as mere tools of power and profit.
