Recently, a young man—clearly a lucky survivor who escaped the family-planning policy—boasted to a reporter about how he had been a police officer in China for five years and how he tyrannized and bullied ordinary people. The reporter said: You were helping the CCP do evil. The young man replied: We call it “stability maintenance” (maintaining stability after authoritarian repression and persecution). The reporter said: Every Chinese family has a history of blood and tears. The young man said: My grandfather was executed by the CCP during the Cultural Revolution. The reporter said: You are betraying your ancestors—this is intolerable to heaven and reason! The young man fell silent.
The reporter said: You are now living freely in a democratic and free country. If you do anything again to help the CCP, then you are a CCP spy or agent, and you will be swiftly deported back to China. Europe and the United States share information to expel CCP spies and agents.
