His Father and Grandfather were in the Indiana Legislature.
Refused to meet for the special session called by the Governor to redistrict the State CDs. All he had to do as President Pro Tempore was instruct members to participate.
Voting record is very Establishment Republican. He probably was promised big clients or something by the Democrats for throwing it.

Indiana, a state that is overwhelmingly "R", decided to be reasonable and PRINCUHPULED, did not redistrict at all.
