Damarius Galarza, a senior at Cedar Crest High School in Lebanon County, was found unresponsive after passing away in his sleep. According to reports shared by his family, his death was sudden and believed to be the result of a medical event. No prior serious health issues had been publicly reported.
Galarza was a well-known student at Cedar Crest, where he played on the football team and was also involved in track. Friends, classmates, and coaches described him as energetic, supportive, and deeply connected to his teammates.
