I do get a kick out of this. I dont like it, but I find it interesting that it happens like clockwork, everytime, and people still get upset or don't understand it.

The cowards in the gop who hate Trump, but who are also afraid of the voters will pretend to support Trump until the moment they think it is safe to come out against him.

Doesn't matter what the issue is. If the cowards think its safe (i.e the media pushing a issue, a poll showing a drop in support) the same cast of characters appear like magic saying how Trump is bad, or Trump needs to back off or change something....then a couple of days later when Trump is still standing, they go back in hiding and pretend to support him again until the next time they think it is safe to come out.

They have done this since, at least, the locker room tape.

And those with battered conservstive syndrome always cry about optics and how 'this isn't who we are', or that this time Trump will stab his voters in the back to appease these quislings.

The hand holding is getting old. Learn the pattern and stop repeating it. Buckle up, butter cups. We have a long road ahead.
