Listed for $1,789,500. Currently that is $639 a square foot (2,800 sq ft) yet that doesn't include the rental grade property (1200 sq ft) cottage on the lot.

Prices are clearly starting to come down.

over the coarse of 10 years these homes climbed from mid 300K to well over $1M.
Its a pity that these buyers just dont know any better. No one seems to understand these prices are a total rip-off. Many were purchased with dot.com stock option cash outs.

LOL. I sold my 1152 sq ft Redwood City home in 2006 for over $800K, over $700 per ft. Granted it was fixed up very nicely, but...
bought in 98 for $350K.
