I had a high school reunion and apparently someone is getting into the mindset that it's a good idea to buy up property now to unload later.
He sent on facebook FIVE HUNDREAD invitations to some sort of real estate cruise. Now this wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that it's next week. Guess how many have signed onto going?....including himself just 22!
I have to wonder if realators will become the used car salesman of the 21st century!
