I would think they'd be OK with a buyer who has no agent, since they can double their commission that way.

Redfin has it on the market since beginning of Dec 2008 ?
Listed price reduced relisted repriced, delisted, etc etc etc...
Not worth even 300K Price in 2000 was under 300K.
and certainly under 200K before the bubble.

So maybe 250K may be more reasonable.
