Basically my grandmother passed away leaving my family with the house. We have it on the market. I don't want to post a link to it here because this would be able to be viewed outside the site (no offense or anything).

I'd just like to get a realistic idea as to what the price range should be. Anyone can send me a pm and I can give a link to the house itself.

I know the winter is coming soon and sales always dip then but I'd just like more an assurance as to what the price might be better at.

Besides the regular sites such as zillow or one of your fsbo sites, ask a realwhore. Or pitch in & get an appraisal. Or see what you have offered.
