I think that you need to validate your data. It's not idiot proof !

This one is worse, priced at $399K and is on half as much land. Delusional.

Remember there are NO jobs out here: residents now are either (1) weekend folks from NYC (2) retirees that used to be category 1 (3) town government folks who have been here for 10-20 years, bought a long time ago or (4) Bankers buying ostentatious Mcmansions along the water with their bonuses.

This house is nothing but a chance to own a dump on a leftover buffer strip along a corner in Sag Harbor. BFD. As if someone is gonna think you hang with Billy Joel. Or, maybe they hope the buyer will think so.

Sorry I accidentally deleted a comment on a house nearby. I can't remember which house. My fault.

under $100000 is still too expensive

Now the idiot realtor is plastering ads all over claiming "H-U-G-E Price Reduction!! " of $30,009. So now a 'steal' at $439,990.

BTW, it's correctly called a 'water heater', NOT "Hot Water Heater". You don't heat hot water. Freshman mistake. yet wants 6%.
