A queer indigenous professor who died from Covid-19 on Friday didn’t even exist.

A very popular Twitter account belonging to a queer indigenous Arizona State University professor operating under the handle @sciencing_bi duped people in the science circles for several months.

For several months, @sciencing_bi tweeted about their battle with Coronavirus and whined about being forced to teach in-person at Arizona State back in April.

Because the idiots that be shut everything down, they just prolonged the pain. The virus has had it's second run and has already peaked again.

If politicians just kept it all open, we'd have been done with this months ago. Or if they'd stuck with the 2 weeks to allow hospitals to stock up and then mass reopen, summer woulda been completely normal.

Hospitalizations are down and declining, the so called "second wave" has already peaked, people are traveling again etc... Get the fuck over it you fear mongerers.

Stop with the fear based bullshit. We should have done what Sweden did. And our dumbass FDA should have allowed HCQ.

He's trying not to say "yeah, we liked that part of Obamacare".

It will be interesting to see more of his proposal to repeal and replace it.

Such BS. My baby sis works at the largest hospital serving that area and things have started to drop off significantly. It was bad a few weeks ago though.

However: Please don't stop entertaining me! Pretty please? Por favor?

‘All I want for Christmas is White genocide.’ So remarked George Ciccariello-Maher, then professor of politics and global studies at Drexel University in December 2016. He was a man ahead of his time. Today his Christmas wish might qualify him for an endowed chair at a suitably woke college, but his sanguinary tweet back then resulted in a suspension and his eventual resignation. Possibly he could averted these sad consequences of his rhetorical excess if he’d had a race card to play, but George is white.

Sociology professor Johnny Eric Williams had to endure only a brief suspension from Trinity College after he counseled black emergency responders to deal with white gunshot victims with a simple procedure, ‘Let them fucking die.’ Prof Williams wrote that in the context of the June 14, 2017 shooting of six men at a practice session for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity in Alexandria, Virginia. The victims, all of whom survived, included House Majority Whip Steve Scalise.

Yet Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Filipino asians consistently vote for the Democrat racists who want to hold them back. I believe it has to do with the cultures those ethnicities represent, which value collectivism and social unity and do not value individualism.
Other Southeast asians are wiser.
112735   RC2006   2020 Aug 19, 11:15am

@Patrick

What if what is is really happening is the opposite. Whites are being pushed into blowing up to wipe out other races by dems and their masters? You can only fuck with a group for so long before they snap.
112736   Patrick   2020 Aug 19, 11:25am

@RC2006 I do think you're on to something, though there has really been very little pushback so far by white people.

My guess is that Democrats/BLM are trying hard to encourage white nationalism, so they can finally have some "proof" of all of their allegations.

Problem with that is where does it stop, that could backfire real quick. They get thier wish and get wiped out.

Really? I'm a part Jewish white guy too. I'm very far more afraid that Trump will win the election and continue to turn us into a shithole backwater oligarchy like Russia than I am of black people killing me. IMO, the chances of whites getting systematically killed are as close to zero as you can get. Meanwhile, Trump want's to turn our country into a shithole oligarchy, and he's made surprising progress. He's likely to get badly beaten in the upcoming election, and he'll whine about mail in votes, which will heavily favor Dems. So, I'm not too concerned, but most of the country is more concerned about Trump than BLM.

All Trump has done is trigger the Left by aggravating them into revealing their true eventual aims. No Bail and Defunding Police is now mainstream: That's Dark Blue Government doing in cities and states and counties. Not the President.

He's gotten the Brownshirt Marxists to expose their chickens before they hatched.

God Bless Donald J Trump.

Interestingly, the moment the illegal migrations were threatened, how fast the Koch Brothers jumped ship for the Dems.

Lol, it's because they label most accidents, injuries, lung disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and many, many other cause deaths as Covid you MORON. They never should have made a special reimbursement, created too much of an incentive.

Unlike a couple of months ago, when it was the opposite. US death rate still below Belgium, UK, etc.

You’re still about three times as likely to be killed in an auto collision as by Covid.
112748   mell   2020 Aug 21, 3:12pm

Fake news. Either Americans are far more unhealthy than Euppeans and are going to die anyways soon or the numbers are fudged, or both. It's the same virus for goodness sake.
112749   joshuatrio   2020 Aug 21, 5:48pm

That's only because they placed covid patients in nursing homes accounting for about 50% of the deaths.

Same virus. Different actions = different result.
South Korea and New Zealand also experienced the same virus, but had a different response and got a different result.
Trump lies. Americans die.

That is a disqualifier right there. Data has clearly shown that there is no correlation between "measures" and infection rates. See Sweden, Netherlands etc.

I've read multiple stories stating that Sweden had higher death rates and a bigger economic decline than their Nordic neighbors. I don't know the latest, but last I read, their death toll was something like 5-8 times as high per person as other Nordic countries. That doesn't seem like a success story to me. We will soon pass them in deaths per capita, so they have that.

https://www.businessinsider.com/coronavirus-sweden-gdp-falls-8pc-in-q2-worse-nordic-neighbors-2020-8

Export and Tourism is down because the lock down zealots don't do business. Gdp is irrelevant here and was never their motivation. If many small businesses owners and low income individuals lose their jobs you won't see any change in GDP as long as amazon and apple rake in the moolah. In terms of freedom for people and infections and deaths Sweden is now regarded as a sucess story by most world media and governments, even by former critics. Maybe not CNN but they suffer from extreme TDS so can't count them.

Why not compare to Europe? Sweden has double the population of it's neighbors, Finland and Norway. It's more dense per km than either (25 people/km2 vs. 19 and 15 for Finland and Norway).

What we should really be asking is what did China do? Their deaths peaked at a few thousand months ago and have barely risen since then, in a nation of 1B people.

hahahahaha

I finally talked with a neighbor who knows a middle aged couple who got it. She said that they had a really unpleasant illness. I asked if they went to hospital: no I asked if they were dead or close to dead: no. So, basically, a not so nice cold for those who get symptoms, and lingering malaise. So what, that describes the couple of colds and flus I get every year. Flu: 10 days sick, (about four or five of them severe), six weeks feeling a bit subpar.

Also it's always something else. For a while deaths than infections and now that Sweden is looking pretty good in both departments everything open schools etc no masks, now it's the GDP. lol

Why would Trump even agree participate in this? He ought to have known that no matter what he said, Woodward would not paint it in a favorable light.

Most people in media and "journalism" don't say a favorable thing anyway. Wonder if Trump is at the who gives a fuck point, I can spin it to win it and they can't.

I personally think it was an overreaction and Trump did too much with regards to todays Covid hoopla. Restaurants should have never been shuddered. I get arenas and concerts, but I'd bet outdoor one's would be completely fine to have. Sure there could be transmission, but this is overkill at this point. Most the dead are in nursing homes and most nursing homes today are bigger corporate entities. Who the hell knows how deaths are filed by the paper pushers that are told what to do by a CEO.

Fuck a whole region still accounts for damn near 1/3rd of deaths. Trump has to still worry about Montana, New Mexico, etc. At some point the leadership in these areas made poor decisions. Deaths per million in the Northeast are well over double most the country besides two hill billy states in the south. Deaths would be substantially less if you take out the Northeast and also remember that a lot of this is death WITH Covid and not death DUE to Covid.
