They still have gas anyway. But yes. I've snowboarded an 11k' mountain in Montana with 50mph winds. I could barely breath going from 600' elevation at home to 11k' in 18 hours. Russia has been following the rules of war. Hitting a country's infrastructure violates one of the rules. However, when the Ukrainians attacked the Crimea bridge, the Ukrainians violated the rule. This freed Russia to attack the Ukrainian infrastructure. The Russians have not gone berserk over the matter. Instead, they are being "measured" in their response.
