Why not just read one/some of the many news reports on it? That'll tell you that Breitbart got access whilst the NYT, LA Times, CNN and the BBC, amongst others, did not. AP and Time boycotted in protest, and the WHCA protested against a clear breach of media coverage protocol. It was clearly a petulant action from the administration, and a disturbing measure in a democracy.
