Nothing to see here, I was only experimenting to see if thread level editing had gotten better since I tried this thread. It has!
Please tell me what to fix about editing. I know about the paragraph break problem and it's high on the list of things to fix.
Anything else?

looks like everything is in working order now. I just hadn't tried a re-edit at the thread level since the last fixes and decided to practice on this old thread. Thanks!

One positive:

I recall how some folks said, SD was too special to have 50-60% decline.
Has the rally restarted? I find no evidence, but I may not be looking hard enough...
San Diego is one of the places where there has been  a bit of an uptick last year, especially at the low end of the market. But now the rally is over and prices are turning downward again:Â

Look at the graph back to the peak and notice how there have been at times some plateaus and recently even some upticks. But each pause or uptick has so far been followed by a renewed downward slide. (damn, I don't understand how to make paragraphs in the new-style post editor).
