Surprised to see the asking price of this property is about 27% higher than the one next door while the living area is 8% smaller. I toured the next door property

The next door property has decent interior and is ceramic tile throughout and the asking price is about $260000.

It'a best to stay north of Foothill Blvd in Upland.

Agree. I'm just amazed by the seller's optimistic pricing. The mentality is kind of like "my house is different and special".

Can anyone tell if the photos used in the listing have been PSed? Or it is taken from special type of lens. If you look at the third picture that shows the kitchen and dining area, tile shape is badly distorted, except a few pieces at the lower center of the photo. Looks like the agent uses the same effect for most of the listing photos. Most of the interior photos are taken with the corner of the room at the center, this indeed create a depth effect and create delusion of bigger space. The two photos with the sky look very PSed also. At least the agent does do some work to make the listing more appealing to justify the higher asking per unit price.

Just come across another comparable sale around the corner.

Can't help to love the agent's creativity and braveness.
