The Alameda District Attorney’s office has received information that the following individuals may be targeting real estate agents for a version of “Advanced Fee Fraud.†Participants and Subscribers are urged to be alert for these individuals attempting to run this scan in your area. The suspects, Roger and Diana Buack pose as potential buyers of high end homes who tender offer s to purchase the homes, then claim the money has been held up overseas and request the real estate agent loan them money for the down payment. If you meet suspects Roger or Diana Buack and encounter suspicious activity, you are urged to call the Alameda District Attorney’s Office at (510)569-9281 and reference case #124838.
