What does it mean when one house has two different realtor signs on it? I have previously seen houses with two realtor names on them but never from two competing agencies, until this week. Anyone else seen this before?

That might be a good way to keep realtors honest. Have them compete against each other to sell the same house.

But I think you have to sign with only one agent when you sell.

Make it more fun - go steal a few more signs from different companies and put them in that front yard.

It means that there are more realtors than houses to sell.
