I am considering purchasing a vacation home in Palm Beach, Fl. Single family home in a golf course community. There are several properties in foreclosure. The asking price are mid to high $ 500's. I think I can get the property for $ 500 k or maybe $ 475 K. I like the current combination of reduced prices (house originally sold in 2006 for $799k) and low interest rates. Any Thoughts? The house is 4 bedroom and about 4000 square feet.
