Do Mexicans, Blacks, Asians and Women have any chance in hell at receiving one of these positions. White men hire their friends and family, even with diversity requirements within their organization. Coca Cola company has a diversity requirement of 15% which they claim to meet year end and year out at a whopping rate of 60%, yet when you dive deeper into the facts you find that the divsersity stops once you reach the manager level positions and upwards. For manager levels and up diversity drops to 1%.

What does this tell you? White men are OK hiring blacks, mexicans and women for supervisor level positions and below but you really have no chance in hell of moving upward within a corporate company.

Why is this important? Managers generally make 100K and above, where as supervisors make 50K and below.

With this knowledge it is no wonder that blacks, mexicans turn to gang activity. Their SUPERVISOR parents are too busy working and cannot afford to spend time with the children where as the white MANAGERS can afford to hire their silly nanny's and spend heavily to keep their kids involved in activities that the nourish their minds.

Your racist oppressive mentality needs to change, until then you are a racist who outwardly says one thing but inwardly is only willing to hire your white friends.

Ok, your not a racist....but Obama is 1 F*****N black man out of millions of executive postions available in this country. Plus, blacks gave up hanging out with whites in the 1960s when I was young. The black power movement pushed many blacks backwards because they gave up trying to seek these positions....
