Just got done talking to a friend who knows how this particular stat is figured. It came out AS A (Z), which in this case stands for 500 or fewer, NOT TECHNICALLY ZERO. It is in essential significance zero, however, when you figure the size of the country.
Let's not quibble over the tidbits - the tree is not of importance; the forest is.
in the ENTIRE nation. Not a single dang one, across the entire country of the USA.
