Hell in a handbasket, I tell ya. Next think you know, Patrick has a logo with a bulging shopping cart saying, "what your grocer won't tell you."
Hell in a grocery basket, that is...
The Greenies have got a lotta Balls pontificating about what caused Food Prices to get insanely inflated.

Seems to me that this is the one crisis that the US is already more than adequately prepared for:
Right after healthcare bubble, education bubble, and California housing bubble.
zzyzzx:
1) how did you get my photo? I don't appreciate people sneaking around taking photos of me. Of course, It's damn hard to turn around to see them anyway.
2) Years ago I went to a doc's office when I was injured in an auto accident, a medical assistant (unlicensed, non-certified, glorified medical secretary) who was about the size of that photo came in to speak with me (and there were several other overweight people, altho not the size of the one I just mentioned who effectively "swallowed" the stool upon which she sat). I left - if a spine clinic has a worker that large who couldn't walk down the hall without huffing & puffing, I don't want to be there.

Personally I don't understand why there are so many obese people. I mean, when my pants get to be kind of tight, I cut back. I conceptionally don't undersand why anyone would buy bigger pants instead (accomidating the fat doesn't seem like suc a great idea to me).
Move over Snowlocaust, time to move on to FOODPOCALYPSE!
