Just curious, has anyone in the process of purchasing a foreclosure since the recent Mass. ruling had any trouble getting title insurance? It seems like this could be a real pinch point for current and future foreclosure sales (at least in non-judicial foreclosure states) until the banks figure out how to blatantly break the law again.
