Credit bureau to start tracking late rent payments

It's about time that Experian (and then others will follow) starts tracking the late payments of dead beat renter/tenants. They should have done this years ago. The public services entity (water and sewer) that I work for is also reporting 30-day-late and non-pay customers that have a SSN.
