Duplex with one longterm renter who "wants to stay". I wrote the seller to find out how much rent is paid on the rented side. Each unit has two bedrooms and one bath.
I had a friend who lived on that street years ago and there was a rodent problem. There was rat feces all over her pots and pans that she stored under the sink. Pretty gross. She also lived in this apartment up the street that had a problem with termites.

Yuck!
It's my mothers duplex. There is section 8 housing up the street some. But no rats from her place.
Only 460K for both? Must have a rodent problem or in need some serious TLC
this went quick. as-is includes an exaggerated amount of dry rot repairs on a inspection report. one side actually in great shape, the tenant occupied side needs quite a bit of work. saw it over a month ago.
NIce to see a comment from someone who is associated with the sale. I wish the agent had called me back when I inquired about it.
WHat was the sale price?
