I would love to read comments on this guy turning the tables on unresponsive lender.
Lenders are trying all kinds of cr@p to get borrowers to jump through their hoops. This guy was not in default. He had a home worth $1million and had paid $180K for it. They may have been messing with him so they could put him in default. Or they may have been legitimately trying to make sure it was properly insured. My homeowners policy has always been "replacement coverage". If I expect the home to be replaced in the even of a full loss, then I should pay for the proper insurance coverage.
Let's not turn this into a rant on his teeth. I don't know what that's about. They may be his own unfortunate teeth or it may be a prosthesis for some kooky reason. Several of the YouTube title call him a vampire.
