If it is an ad, it is a free one. I am neither a real estate agent nor the owner -- I am a potential buyer. I am interested in a discussion about this home. I wonder if giving attention to the property is not in my best interest.

I think potential buyers definitely are interested in what other people say. But I can see that no one is likely to express great interest in the house because it would encourage competition in bidding. In fact, anyone who does express great interest seems likely to be a shill.
