Yep, and most of the real estate agents have been preaching, "now is the time to buy because low inventory will double prices by this summer."

And the article states prices continue to depreciate despite low inventory.

Banks,sellers,realtors,government all have a reason to keep the prices up. What they don't realize is that their customer (buyer) does not have enough money to work for their ambitions. Yeah, devalue the dollar and sell the home to foreigners. :)
