This neighborhood will be right next to the BART line in 2025 or so. :) Unfortunately, it's right between Warm Springs station (which will open this decade) and the proposed Milpitas station at Calaveras. It's hemmed in between the channel (for Berryessa Creek?) and the tracks and right near the Milpitas landfill.
