Today when I was not home a envelope was left on a home I am renting. This home is not owned by me and I pay rent to a property manager who works for the owner.
The manager said the house was underwater but thats all she would say.
The notice was for the owner as it had his name on the paper.
The inspector was surprised people were living here according to my wife.
I am wondering if this is anything to worry about at this time.........
I looked up SPS and they seem to be a company that service mortgages in some way.
Does anybody know what might be happening to this house?
