What a crappy location, right on Willow right near Guadalupe. Its neighbor, 491 Willow St. sold in January for $595K, as a 5/3, 2362 sqft on a 4495 sqft lot, after being listed originally for $879K in March 2008:

481 Willow St. is 5/4, 2444 sqft on a 4964 sqft lot, so it's very similar with a similar bad location. At the same $252/sqft of 491 Willow, 481 Willow would be a little over $615K, so this current price is competitive.
