Is there any other Real Estate Agent out there that was honest during this boom?

Okay, so I went bankrupt in 2005. Not from an over priced home. I went bankrupt because I spent 2003-2005 (actually to the present) telling people not to buy homes. Pleading with them.

I live in south florida, ground zero for this thing in many ways.

In every conversation with other agents/realtors I get that none of them feel any remorse. None of them felt or now feel like they had any idea what was happening.

Patrick posted some of my 2005 articles I wrote saying 'sell your home now before the crash' and stuff like that.

I cannot believe I am the only one with a conscious. I think we should all get together and start a real ethical group of real estate and mortgage agents, separate from the crooked political realtor association (of which i refuse to join).
A group where it means something to be a part of. A group where people know we have their best interests in mind.

FYI, if you live in south florida, you should not be buying a home right now...same thing I said in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011.

I also ran for county commissioner in 2002. The sun-sentinel (the daily paper) editors asked me about the budget. I told them we were in the biggest boom of our lives and we need to worry about the budget after a crash. We should plan now. They looked at me like I was a moron.
I told them our efforts to buy 'greenspace' at 400 million in bonds was a waste. Buying swamp land during the biggest boom in our lives was a waste of money.

I lost the election...

argghh!!!!
