Calculated Risk had a mass of charts today with a chart of REOs by category (FHA, Fannie etc) - is that an accurate approximation of total shadow inventory? Also curious how much backlog is jammed up in places like FL with foreclosure documentation problems that stop the foreclosure flow into REO. Thanks!
