Considering that we are currently the largest group of home owners by proxy, is it in our best interest

a. To rent the properties out?
b. Sell them and move on?

Property -> REIT -> Rent -> taxfree = can't beat em, join em.

Sorry, but how does the tax free part factor in?

Banks/Government and thier cronies want to own all the land.

Isn't it supposed to belong to the people? Auction it all off dammit!

We all know the feds/gov make TERRIBLE landlords. (housing projects have a long sad history I don't need to go into)

I suppose the best solution is to get by like the soviets did. Fudge and distort the 'paperwork' to 'get into a government house' and then take control of it and maybe sublet it out to people too stupid to fill out government forms properly (by lying) which is most of the country. Lovely situation building here.
