I am looking for a place to park my car for two weeks before I move out of SF and I found a parking spot for sale - it costs $65,000!!! LOL.

Interesting that they are marketing it as an "investment opportunity".

i think long term parking for two weeks at SFO is much cheaper.

$65K... now how did people all these years/decades before figure out parking needs. Condos were like 160-180K before the bubble and that included deeded parking. Sounds like someones quick rich scheme.

How much could a parking space in this area rent for? In my area (lower nob hill) parking rents are around $280. In the building I work in downtown, rents are $425 and where I park my car in Japantown, it is $165.

I am guessing this could be rented for $200-$250??? I don't really know the SOMA market.
