Why is it that California mudslides have been going on for as long as I can remember. These people keep building on the edge of cliffs and sea while they bitch about people living in a fantasy polar icecap melting zone. Like the story that my house is going to get swamped by the rising sea. It might happen in thousands or tens of thousands of year, or perhaps never. But one thing for sure, the California coast is no where to rebuild a 40 million dollar home after it's been washed away by the Pineapple express. But I bet every damn one of them will end up rebuilding.
I guess if your more educated than everyone else, then you can participate in behavior that pisses you off when poorer states do it.
I think California needs a Citizen insurance company set up like Florida, you need premiums to skyrocket 500% in just 8 years, and be fucked to do a damned thing about it.
Serves you assholes right for living on the train tracks of the pineapple express.
Lots of Light!
Roomy!
Fixer-Upper!
And of course...
"Water Views!"
(This is my Florida favorite, it means you're not on the ocean or intercoastal, but looking at some crap manmade lake or mosquito and alligator-ridden canal).
Eco-friendly residence, reminiscent of a hobbit home! Welcome back to Middle Earth with this roomy fixer-upper with potential value far beyond first appearances! Comes with a surplus of gardening mulch for maximum beautification! Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own the most dynamic piece of property on the West Coast!

Sir, I salute you for this gem of wit.
May I add: "Comes with modern and sleek earth-tone decor. Meditate in your own Japanese Zen Rock Garden"
