It's been that way since 2008. I've almost pulled the trigger on $4500 Fat boy quite a few times.
But living in south Florida the antidepressant capitol of the world I thought better of it.
Apparently following the economy. Wonders are how many will be on the market after all the toys are sold from the oil bust.
If youre not selling at your price, you just bought it
Funny i was thinking 4500 even before seeimg capn post, coincidence?
I snared a snow machine from CL last week for $400, im certain i could have lowballed the guy further, but he had more than that into it and didnt find a need to crush the poor kid
Never owned a snow mobile, but headed to Stowe this weekend and figured the 400 would make for some fun. Hell im thinking of posting it for 600 up there awhile and hock it after the weekend rental lol
A motorcycle to me a not something I would really need. Aside from the crazy drivers here in my area that make driving a motorcycle rather dangerous, I would rather put that cash in savings or pay off debt if I had any.
I agree with you. I should have never started riding them. They are an addiction much like the other vises I have acquired over the years.
Oilwelldoctor,

Riding doesn't have to be a vice.For some it's a pleasure.
I went for a three hour ride on my Yamaha FZ6 today. No traffic on back roads during the week. Riding is the best way to clear my head. Oh, Wait! There's nothing in my head. lol
I got my 2004 Fat Boy Harley Davidson listed on Ebay and Craigslist. Can't believe how cheap these premium motorcycles are selling for. Sign of the times I suppose. My is listed at $8K and not even a bite.
