Get serious. Dan might be religiously atheist, but that's a far cry from being a murderer. Hell, as arrogant and psycho as Dan is about his atheism, he still clearly has a better moral compass than many Christians, including you.

There's a certain problem in society, people with self esteem issues who don't care if they live or die feel like they will get their 15 minutes of fame by committing these atrocities because they media and politicians will notice them and will talk about them. In a matter of minutes they are transformed from a "nobody" to "somebody" status and to them it's power which is everything that they are lacking. I suspect that this issue will only get worse especially in the age of social media where notoriety goes viral and is easier to achieve than ever before.
