Yes, the family leave program could definitely have been a Democratic proposal.
I think Trump is actually quite reasonable and centrist in most things. He just wants to put America first, unlike the globalist elite that just wants to use slave labor abroad and sell the products here. Or use illegal aliens as slaves here.
