Yes, it's true, I no longer care about just a svelte body. I want Asian actresses, like Hawaii's Tia Carrere from yesteryear, with bazonkas, even if they're fake.

The good news ... your dividend check is now some 7%.

So for a block of 1000 shares, you'll get ~$3200 for the year as dividends which means 71 new shares w/ DRIP or 1071 shares in total, which makes your holding worth ~$47K, not a bad way to deal with a correcting market. If you think of yourself as a business owner, you've just expanded your business as a result of a weak stock market.

And even if the entire market goes into a decade long bear trap, since consumables, esp tobacco, really hold out, if you incorporate a -2% on the equity base, year to year, even in a decade, one comes out ahead if the company can maintain its present day dividends with 0% increase, though it's highly unlikely that that would happen.

Come to philadelphia, we have lot of chinese n korean message places. I hear rumors that some allow anal. Many do covered bj n mish.

Philly is actually a longer drive from Boston than Montreal. And in MTL, seeing hoes is legal. What's going on in the Delaware Valley is only because vice hasn't been on top of things like they are in Boston where Asian massage parlours get busted regularly.

Thanks rin nice analysis. Will hold MO with Drip.

Of course, but one needs a big block of time for a trip to Asia, with time zones, jet lag, etc.

For the busy person, think of German FKK clubs, 7 hr flight/long weekend ...

Keep an eye on runaway debt. If a company can't control its debt/share ratio, then you don't want 'em long term, as eventually, when the pressure is on, it'll cut its dividend payout.

Meh: Asian chicks have comically short legs.

One more piece on long term investing. If you use the compounding dividend approach, the one thing I'd be very wary of are tech stocks, because when the markets go bearish, they take the burnt of the fall. So yes, prune all your "Dividend Aristocrats" to companies which have their debt under control but also, don't let tech go past the 10-15% mark of your holdings.

What do you consider a good ratio? Great ratio? Reasonable ratio? What metrics on a quarterly earnings report do you use to build the ratio?

I've always invested in growth but at middle age I'm switching over to divys and DRIP in large part. At least until we get past the next crash.

This is how I want Zhang Ziyi

Well, she does look happy in that situation. And it was probably good for the guys as well.

But (lol) I have to say that such a photo should disqualify her from a long term relationship with any guy who wants to raise his own kids instead of some other guy's.

Ok, this piece is a bit subjective, because you need to exclude very recent mergers and other business activities, which require a lot of debt financing.

If we stick to basics, like a company like P&G, it should be straightforward.

So you can see that the EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) vs the Debt per Share, have been under control, for quite a number of years, since the financial crisis of 2008. FYI, a lot of companies increased their debt exposure since that time period, so the key there is to see how they've controlled it during the past few years.

Pat, we're talking about boinking, not starting a family.

Many GFEs go beyond the regular GF, with her whining and complaining.

By popular request, though I'd like it if she could add some implants to make it bustier

Guys, can we finally talk about tits and ass?!

It's always best to start out with one's core competency, before branching elsewhere.

In all fairness, I did break one of my own cardinal rules by buying into a mortgage REIT (w/ DRIP), back in 2013, Annally Capital [NLY], before cashing out in 2017, since I'd given up risky plays. Still, thanks to a low interest rate environment & the fact that the entire sector was beaten up, I did get a significant gain despite an overall sideways market for much of the time.

No, but you can submit that 'look' and they'll do their best to replicate it for you.

Ok, I'll keep Tokyo for the summers, since it's not as humid as Philippines/Thailand, and keep my winter hoes in southeast Asia.

That's like 1/4 of her body weight. I worked with a Vietnamese chick who was sexy/curvy. More than these. Real curves. She grew up in Paris though and when she went back to Vietnam to visit family she said people teased her there. They said things like, "She drinks cow milk ha ha ha!"
