A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday ruled that a former Yale University student can proceed with a defamation suit against a fellow student who accused him of rape.
The unanimous ruling, opens new tab by a three-judge panel of the New York-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals follows a ruling by Connecticut's highest court that statements that the accuser made in a university disciplinary hearing were not shielded by a kind of legal immunity that applies to court proceedings.

This wouldn't be Skull and Boners stuff again, would it? A hundred psychopathic buddy gang bang according to some.
Gotta have the loyalties and the blackmails to rule.
