This is an advertising piece disguised as a news story. Many newspapers seem to be selling their souls for this kind of thing. I guess they're that desperate for revenue. No wonder they're all going bankrupt.

Strong because 17 of 90 units are sold ?? Gee, I thought this was the fortress, the place where everything bid up and sold within hours. And 2 of the 17 are sold to one old man who needs to get out of his Los Altos Hills place because he can't drive. It's ok, he'll just tear down a a wall between the two units to make it livable.  Maybe it will become an assisted living residence. This place looks basically like any other non-descript CA apartment building. I particularly like (not) the fake balconies overlooking El Camino Real.  I drove by on Sunday and there were big shiny for sale signs up all around the building but no-one actually going in the building. No cars parked around it, nothing. Just a bunch of shiny for sale signs and tumbleweeds.
