Odd-hard to believe. Do you just sign of for the account or are actually involved in the whole process. You do realize that they are two different animals don't you? I work mostly in the finance field in IT though-most of my work is with multinational corporations. Worked on multiple projects with branches/employees in multiple countries and dealing with taxes, employees, time and expense and foreign exchange transactions. The IT side of it-but you need the financial knowledge to do that. They are two different animals.

Now opening an account in the US of a foreign bank is not a foriegn account as you claim of Romney -that is a US account. To open any other country foreign account varies by country-some it is very easy, others it is like negotiating a minefield.
